We are a multi-faceted family-owned business specializing in the many different kinds of auctions and real estate sales. We'll walk you through the entire process, making your priorities and your satisfaction our goal. We have an experienced team dedicated to our clients that can answer any questions or solve any problems you encounter along the way.

First, we'll schedule a meeting with you to discuss your needs and how we can best accommodate them. We'll work with you to create the best strategy for your sales. Then we'll set up your sale according to the plan. This may be an on-site, online or simulcast sale - or any combination of the three. Our team then processes the information, starts a marketing and advertising plan, and prepares the real estate or personal property for auction. This will include photographs, inventory, videos (if needed) and all information pertaining to each individual sale.

At the end of a personal property auction, we'll give you copies of all the sold items and the money brought in for each lot. For a real estate sale, we'll provide all the paperwork and the contract for the sell of the property.

 

Finally, we'll settle up and our client will have their property sold with as little anxiety as possible. We'll walk you through each step of this process. We do it all so you don't have to!
